I used their services as they had a wide variety of flowers, and gifts to send to my parnter. The one I picked cked was out of stock so the lovely lady who was dealing with my order upgraded my gift. The flowers were spot on and my parnter even had a tear in her eye as she really liked them that much especially the chocolates!! We've brought some flowers before from other company's but The floral box will definitely be used again and again when needed. Ordered on line for a coffin spray, had an immediate phone conversation with the florist who was super lovely, knowledgeable and organised , the day of the funeral arrived and the coffin spray was absolutely beautiful and exactly how I???d pictured it, would not hesitate to order form them again
